Refund Policy

Refunds are granted under the following scenarios within 7 days of ordering:

• Technical Incompatibility: Inability to configure your credentials on supported hardware despite technical guidance.
• Server Outages: Sustained upstream downtime on our server cluster during the initial period.
• Non-Delivery: Failure to receive active login credentials or playlist URLs following successful payment.

Refund requests cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• Insufficient Client Speed: Local network speeds below minimum streaming requirements (15 Mbps for HD, 50 Mbps for 4K).
• Multi-Screen Overuse: Exceeding the purchased connection limits simultaneously, triggering automatic security locks.
• Expired Period: Claims submitted after 7 days from the transaction date.

To initiate a refund request, follow these simple steps:

• 1. Contact Support: Message our WhatsApp desk with your Order ID and registered contact details.
• 2. Verification: Our support team will verify the technical log and attempt a final resolution.
• 3. Payout: Once approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 24–48 hours.
