Upon payment verification, your subscription credentials (Xtream Codes API details and M3U playlist URLs) are generated automatically and delivered to your designated WhatsApp number and/or email within 5 minutes.

• Automated Fulfillment: Instant activation and setup guide links provided immediately after order completion.
• Technical Assistance: 24/7 dedicated support desk available to guide manual configuration on any supported device.

Every active account is bound to the number of simultaneous active screens purchased during checkout (1, 2, 3, or 4 Screens):

• Single Screen Plans: Permitted for streaming on one active device at any given moment.
• Multi-Connection Packages: Designed for concurrent multi-room playback across family devices without server locks.
• Fair Usage Rule: Re-streaming, distributing, or unauthorized reselling of retail lines will trigger automated server security suspension.

To ensure a freeze-free 4K and 60 FPS sports viewing experience, clients must maintain adequate internet broadband capacity:

• Minimum Bandwidth: At least 15 Mbps for standard HD channels and 30–50+ Mbps for 4K Ultra HD streams.
• Stable Connection: Ethernet cable or high-frequency 5GHz Wi-Fi is recommended over congested mobile data networks.

All subscription packages are backed by our transparent 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If our technical specialists are unable to resolve recurring connectivity issues on your registered devices, you are entitled to a full refund.

Subscriptions never enroll in automatic credit card rebilling. When your prepaid duration concludes, your account expires cleanly unless you choose to renew manually.
